This Fabulous large Photography Studio / Loft is available to rent by day.

$50.00/hr from, 8AM-7PM Monday to Friday
With a minimum rental of 5 hours
$95/hr before 8AM and after 7PM till 9PM
After 9PM till 6AM, $150.00/hr
Payment in full is due 3 days prior to rental or full amount by certified check, 1 day prior to rental (NO exeptions!)

50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the space!
Proof of valid liability insurance is required at the same time of payment.

Reduced rates are available for consecutive rental days.

Additional lighting and grip equipment, available for rent at extra rental charge.
